Can I use it as a home office?

Absolutely! Our garden rooms are perfect for use as home offices, providing a quiet and comfortable workspace. We can help with a full IT package to install wifi and ethernet ports in the garden room.

What are the maintenance requirements?

Our garden rooms require minimal maintenance, with occasional cleaning and inspections to ensure they remain in top condition.

Do you provide warranties?

Yes, we understand the importance of providing warranties on our garden rooms. Not only do they ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, but they also demonstrate our commitment to quality and customer service.

Do I need planning permission for my garden office?

As long as the completed Garden Room is under 2.5m in height (to it's highest point) and your property is not listed or located in a special zone, you are permitted to install it anywhere in your garden (not front gardens) without the need for a Planning Application or Building Warrant. This applies as long as the structure is under 30m2 and does not occupy more than 50% of your garden space. If you have sufficient space to place the Garden Room at least 2m from any boundary, the maximum height (to ridge) can be increased to 4m, and the eave at 2.5m.

Therefore, this exception provides homeowners with the flexibility to enhance their property with additional functional space, such as a cozy work area or a peaceful retreat, without the regulatory requirements typically associated with larger structures.

Construction of our garden rooms typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and weather conditions.
